You’ll own the strategic client partnership, guiding senior client leaders through marketing communications strategies and compliant work in a highly regulated healthcare category.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or MedTech experience in regulated marketing and MLR processes.
• 8–12 years in integrated advertising agency roles.
• At least 5 years in leadership, building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationship with a high-profile medical technology client.
• Guide integrated marketing communications strategy and creative work.
• Ensure work complies with regulatory and MLR review processes.
• Drive organic growth and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Educate and coach junior and mid-level staff across practices.
• Lead cross-collaborative teams across web, social, and traditional channels.
