You will own the strategic client partnership, guiding senior client leaders through compliant marketing communications strategies and creative work in a regulated healthcare category.

This leadership-track role focuses on developing account teams, driving organic growth, and shaping work that improves patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or MedTech experience with regulated marketing and MLR review.
• 8–12 years in integrated advertising agency roles.
• Five+ years of leadership experience building account management teams.
• Ability to forge strong client relationships and oversee strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationship with a high-profile medical technology client and guide integrated marketing and creative work.
• Apply healthcare and MedTech expertise to campaigns for patients and HCPs within regulatory constraints.
• Collaborate with MLR review teams to ensure compliance, schedule, and strategy.
• Drive organic growth and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Coach junior and mid-level staff across Communities of Practice.
• Support agency new business with healthcare/MedTech expertise.
