Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Director in its Healthcare Industry Group to lead teams, manage client relationships, and drive transformational outcomes. You will oversee interviews, data collection, and the creation of robust financial and operating analyses to accelerate value for healthcare clients.

With extensive experience in healthcare, M&A, and PE-backed engagements, you will mentor staff, develop project plans, and deliver disciplined results across the investment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Eight years in healthcare with a mix of consulting and/or industry experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, and data analysis.
• Ability to run engagements with limited oversight and strong PM skills.
• Experience with PE-backed environments and multiple client workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare client engagements and manage project teams.
• Develop and present financial and operating analyses and KPIs.
• Build and maintain client relationships and oversee delivery through to close.
