Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) seeks a Director for the Healthcare Industry Group to lead teams on complex healthcare engagements. You will manage interview processes, data gathering, deadlines, and client communications, while mentoring junior staff and delivering measurable improvements.

You will build and present financial models, perform synergistic analyses, and guide PMO activities across transformation initiatives, including interim leadership roles as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years in healthcare with commercial, engineering, operations, and/or finance focus
• BA/BS and/or MBA/MS in Accounting or Finance or healthcare related field
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Visio, SQL a plus
