Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal seeks a Director to lead a Healthcare Industry Group team, serving clients with transformational initiatives and interim leadership. You will oversee data gathering, goal setting, and deliverables while coordinating with engagement leadership to drive performance and profitability.

Responsibilities include building financial and operating analyses, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior staff, with a focus on rapid value delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Eight years of healthcare experience with a MedTech focus (commercial, engineering, operations or finance).
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with Visio, Tableau/Power BI, SQL and SPSS is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to run engagements with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with client stakeholders through clear communication and partnership.
• Assess business needs and design and implement measurable solutions spanning operations.
• Build and present financial models and operating analyses to support decisions.
• Provide PMO support and governance to clients during transactions or integrations.
• Lead project teams, mentor junior staff, and manage delivery timelines.
