Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Director for its Healthcare Industry Group, leading teams and acting as the main conduit between healthcare clients and our team on complex assignments. You will manage projects, gather data, set goals, and communicate with clients to deliver measurable improvements.

Responsibilities include building financial models, leading PMO efforts, and providing strategic guidance across engagements while mentoring junior staff and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• We are seeking an entrepreneurial, collaborative leader with 8+ years in healthcare or MedTech with consulting and/or industry experience.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are required; familiarity with Visio, Tableau or Power BI, SQL, SPSS is a plus.
• Ability to run engagements with little oversight and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams, coach junior staff, and maintain client relationships.
• Develop and review financial models, cash flow forecasts, pro-forma analyses, and operating analyses.
• Provide governance support, PMO assistance, and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Collaborate across service lines and expand scope of engagements with PE firms.
