Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Director to lead healthcare client engagements, manage teams, and deliver transformative results. You will oversee interview activities, data collection, goal setting, and direct client communications.

Responsibilities include building financial and operating analyses, applying PMO governance, and expanding project scope while mentoring junior staff. Strong PowerPoint/Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and PE/healthcare experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years in healthcare with MedTech focus (commercial, engineering, operations, or finance).
• BA/BS and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related healthcare fields.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Visio, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, SPSS; benchmarking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with client stakeholders and partner on solutions.
• Lead engagements, manage data gathering, goals and deadlines, and mentor junior staff.
• Build and review financial models and operating analyses (cash flow, pro‑forma, 3‑statement models).
• Provide PMO support and governance to clients through cost-out and integration processes.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to quantify operational improvements.
• Lead project plans, sequencing work to meet deadlines and deliverables.
