Job summary

You will guide interview processes, data gathering, modeling, and client communications, coaching junior staff along the way.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, develop value hypotheses, and manage engagement economics, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables for private equity portfolio companies

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years in healthcare consulting or healthcare operations
• Experience with M&A transactions and/or healthcare operations
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments with strict timelines
• Able to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A diligence, integration planning and execution
• Develop hypotheses on value levers from industry experience
• Conduct interviews with senior stakeholders and analyze financial/operational data
• Manage client engagements, deliverables, budgets and billing
