Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director to lead healthcare client engagements, manage project teams, and deliver results. You will develop and present detailed financial models and operating analyses to guide strategic decisions.

The role requires eight+ years in healthcare/consulting, strong PowerPoint/Excel, and experience with Power BI/SQL. Travel as needed, with opportunities to mentor staff and drive value for private equity-backed healthcare portfolios.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of healthcare-focused consulting experience or equivalent.
• BA/BS degree; MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with Visio, Tableau or Power BI, SQL, SPSS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with healthcare clients; manage project teams and deliverables.
• Develop and present financial models (cash flows, pro forma statements, KPIs) and operating analyses.
• Provide PMO support, governance, and transition planning; ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
