Qualifications

• Eight years or more of healthcare and MedTech focus in commercial, engineering, operations, or finance.
• BA/BS or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related healthcare field.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with Visio, Power BI, SQL, Tableau is a plus.
• Experience with PE firms and managing client engagements preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team and manage client engagements from data gathering to delivery.
• Establish trusted relationships with client stakeholders through clear communication.
• Build, review, and present financial and operating analyses and models.
• Provide PMO support and governance to clients through cost-takeout and integration efforts.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to quantify performance improvements.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate timelines across service lines.
