Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Seattle seeks a Director to lead a Healthcare Industry Group engagement, partnering with clients to drive transformational change. You will manage interview processes, data gathering, goal setting, and deliverables while communicating directly with clients to ensure alignment and outcomes.

You will build financial models, operating analyses, and transition plans, mentoring junior staff and driving performance improvements across healthcare organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of healthcare and MedTech focus, with consulting and/or industry experience preferred.
• BA/BS and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance or related healthcare fields required.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; experience with Visio, Tableau or Power BI, SQL and SPSS is a plus.
• Ability to run engagements with limited supervision and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted relationships with client stakeholders and lead project teams.
• Design and implement measurable operational solutions spanning multiple functions.
• Build, review, and present financial models and operating analyses for engagements.
• Provide PMO support and governance to clients through cost‑takeout, transaction or integration efforts.
• Use and create project tools to track progress and milestones against timelines.
