Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal seeks an experienced Director to lead healthcare engagements for clients, manage teams, and coordinate complex assignments. You will develop financial models and operational analyses, communicate with senior client stakeholders, and drive project goals with strong governance and KPI tracking.

Ideal candidates bring eight+ years in healthcare consulting, a BA/BS or MBA/MS, and proficiency with Power BI, Excel, Visio, Tableau, SQL, and SPSS.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of healthcare consulting experience preferred.
• BA/BS or MBA/MS in accounting, finance, or healthcare fields required or preferred.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills; demonstrated leadership.
• Experience with M&A due diligence and working with PE firms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex healthcare engagements with client senior leaders.
• Develop financial analyses, forecasts, and KPI dashboards for engagements.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate cross‑functional project teams.
• Maintain client relationships and drive project scope, timing and quality.
