Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in biomedical/technical field service.
• 3-5 years field service experience in healthcare or medical devices.
• Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot remotely across software.
• Valid driver license and personal vehicle for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Organize, test, and update medical devices, installing and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high-quality product support documentation.
• Full-time commitment requires travel locally, regionally, and nationally.
