Job summary

IQVIA MedTech seeks Field Service Technicians and Engineers to lead a mobile team installing, updating and servicing medical devices in hospitals across the United States. This is a 100% travel position and requires driving to locations nationwide.

You will work with hospital staff, install infusion pumps and batteries, and document results with high-quality records. A 40-hour week is expected with regional and national travel.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent military/technical training required.
• 3–5 years field service experience preferred.
• Proficient with troubleshooting across multiple software programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Organize, test, and update medical devices; install/configure hardware, software, and network products.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document daily data while maintaining high-quality product support documentation.
• 40-hour per week commitment with overtime as needed; travel locally, regionally, and nationally.
