Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS seeks Field Service Technicians and Engineers to apply their technical expertise in hospitals across the United States. You will lead a team installing, updating, and servicing medical devices such as infusion pumps and batteries, while delivering outstanding customer support.

This 100% travel role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and flexibility to travel regionally and nationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical training; 3-5 years field experience.
• Strong computer skills to troubleshoot remote project set-up and issues across software programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Organize, test, and update medical devices, installing and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support documentation.
• Full-time commitment requires travel locally, regionally, and nationally.
• Assignment-based schedule with 40-hour commitment per week and overtime as needed.
