Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking Field Service Technicians and Engineers to lead a team installing, updating and servicing medical devices across hospitals nationwide. This 100% travel position requires driving, credentialing, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or equivalent, 3–5 years field experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel is regional and national with a 40-hour week and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent military training programs, or equivalent biomedical/technical field service experience.
• Strong computer skills to troubleshoot setup and issues remotely across software.
• Professional business acumen and effective communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or within a team.
• Must have active, unrestricted driver's license and personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
• Organize, test, and update medical devices; install and configure hardware, software, and network products.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation.
• Document and submit daily data while maintaining quality documentation.
• Full-time commitment requires travel locally, regionally, and nationally.
• Assignment-based schedule with 40+ hour commitment per week; overtime as needed.
