Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a MedTech Field Service Technician/Engineer to lead installations, updates, and service of infusion pumps and batteries in hospitals across the United States. Travel is 100% across regional and national assignments, with a 40-hour weekly commitment and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include on-site support, hardware/software/network configuration, and rigorous data documentation. Requirements include an Associate degree or equivalent biomedical/technical field experience,

Qualifications

Associate degree, or equivalent biomedical or technical field service experience. (3-5 years field experience)
Strong computer skills with troubleshooting across multiple software programs.
Professional business acumen and effective communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

Lead a team installing, updating and servicing medical devices in hospitals.
Install, configure hardware, software, and network products.
Record data from product tests and ensure quality documentation.
Travel locally, regionally and nationally with 40-hour weeks and overtime as needed.
