Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking Field Service Technicians and Engineers to lead teams installing, updating, and servicing medical devices across hospitals in the United States. This 100% travel role requires regional and national travel, strong communication with on-site staff, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities include organizing device updates, troubleshooting remotely, documenting data, and ensuring timely completion of assignments.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent technical field service experience (3–5 years).
Strong computer skills with ability to troubleshoot remotely across software programs.
Professional business acumen and effective communication
Self-motivated individual who can work independently or with a team
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for local work assignments
Must be able to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 70 pounds
Must meet hospital credentialing requirements including immunizations

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
Organize, test, and update medical devices, installing and configuring hardware, software, and network products.
Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
Document and submit daily data with high-quality documentation.
Travel locally, regionally, and nationally with a 40-hour week commitment and overtime as needed.
Travel, and time traveling is paid.
