Job summary
Infosys Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant in New York to help medtech clients modernize their customer-facing functions, including sales, launch excellence, pricing, contracting, and market access. You'll work on CRM/sales enablement, CPQ, and data platforms while building client relationships and expanding opportunities.
The role involves contributing to GenAI and agentic solutions, developing client-ready proposals, and supporting program planning and reporting.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Medical Device Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, or Commercial Consulting.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of commercial transformation engagements for medtech clients across CRM/sales enablement (Salesforce, Veeva), CPQ and pricing, contract lifecycle management, and commercial data platforms.
- Contribute to AI use cases in sales, launch, pricing, and reimbursement.
- Support senior team members in identifying adjacent opportunities within active accounts.
- Conduct workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution development.
- Analyze commercial data and processes to identify improvement opportunities and inform recommendations.
