Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive AI-enabled enterprise transformations in New York. You will lead process diagnostics, model operating changes, and design automation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes across client programs.

You will collaborate with strategy, technology, data, and design teams to implement practical, governance-backed AI-enabled improvements and mentor junior staff as you deliver high-impact results.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in process transformation, automation, or business transformation consulting.
• Hands-on exposure to process mining/automation tools and methods.
• Lean six sigma certification preferred.
• Executive-ready communication and strong client presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery, mining, and root-cause analysis for client workstreams
• Define target operating model implications and governance for sustained change
• Build and prioritize automation roadmaps based on value and feasibility
• Facilitate workshops, present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Guide adoption of automation and AI-enabled operational improvements
• Coach junior team members and ensure high-quality deliverables
