Job summary

Ersilia in the United States is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the medtech market. You’ll own the full customer journey—from product demonstrations and closing new business to hospital implementations, onboarding, and ongoing account management.

Work closely with healthcare providers, medical device companies, and internal teams to expand adoption of innovative technology across the US. Travel approximately 2 trips per month is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in MedTech/healthcare tech.
• Experience managing customers through the full commercial journey, from sales to implementation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the US (≈2 trips per month).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to contract signature.
• Deliver virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities.
• Support hospital implementations, go-lives, onboarding, and user training.
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring successful adoption and identifying growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to support commercial initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.
• Represent the company at customer meetings and industry conferences.
