Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 4+ years of relevant business experience in medical sales or healthcare and demonstrated achievement of sales objectives.
• A valid driver’s license issued in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Grow our hemostasis and wound closure platforms with a focus on surgeons and hospital decision makers in OR settings.
• Sell surgical solutions to hospital accounts, manage territory, and attain forecasted results.
• Set priorities and make decisions based on sales opportunities within accounts.
• Demonstrate proper product use to clinicians in the Operating Room.
• Handle customer questions/objections aligning with product indications and training.
• Execute the selling cycle and conduct presentations using current sales methods.
• Analyze data and stay updated on market information for business planning.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and distributors; educate customers as appropriate.
