Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery is recruiting an Account Executive II – AHH for the Tri-Cities territory: Johnson City, Bristol, and Kingsport, TN. This role focuses on selling advanced hemostasis and wound closure solutions to surgeons and hospital leadership, primarily in operating rooms.

You will manage a defined territory, build executive relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and distributors, and aim to achieve forecasted sales while navigating healthcare compliance and complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of medical sales or healthcare sales experience.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Sell surgical hemostasis and wound closure platforms to surgeons and hospital buyers.
• Manage territory and accounts, prioritizing opportunities in operating rooms.
• Meet forecasted sales targets and develop account plans with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate products and train clinicians per training guidelines.
