Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting an Account Executive II – Advanced Hemostasis and Healing for the Tri-Cities area (Johnson City, Bristol, Kingsport, TN). You will sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision-makers, primarily in operating rooms, and manage a territory with a focus on hemostasis and wound closure platforms.

You will build key physician and hospital relationships, drive forecast attainment, and conduct product demonstrations while adhering to healthcare compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of medical sales or healthcare sales experience.
• Valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers in OR settings.
• Manage a defined territory including Johnson City, Bristol and Kingsport, TN.
• Attain forecasted sales in assigned accounts and prioritize opportunities.
• Demonstrate products, respond to questions and objections ethically.
• Build relationships with physicians, hospital staff and distributors.
• Lead customer education seminars and ensure compliance with guidelines.
