Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Detroit seeks an Account Executive II to drive growth in Advanced Hemostasis and Healing within the Greater Detroit metro area. You will be responsible for selling surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers, primarily in an operating room setting, and for managing a defined sales territory.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, plus the ability to build lasting relationships with physicians, hospital staff and distributors, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant medical sales or healthcare experience.
• A valid driver's license issued in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Sell hemostasis and wound closure platforms to surgeons and hospital buyers in operating rooms.
• Manage assigned territory and achieve forecast in accounts.
• Demonstrate products to clinicians and handle questions and objections.
• Build relationships with physicians, hospital staff and distributors.
• Plan sales activities and analyze market data.
