Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 4+ years of relevant medical sales experience or healthcare sales experience.
• A valid driver’s license issued in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers, primarily in operating rooms.
• Make territory plans, set priorities, and forecast within accounts/territory.
• Demonstrate proper use of products to clinicians in operating rooms.
• Handle customer questions/objections in line with indications and training.
• Lead the selling cycle to secure customer action and outcomes.
• Deliver sales presentations using trained methods and evidence-based approaches.
• Analyze market data and stay informed on market conditions; contribute to business planning.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and distributors; conduct customer education seminars as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and healthcare regulations.
