Johnson & Johnson, Ethicon division, is seeking an Account Executive I - Advanced Hemostasis and Healing to support the Pittsburgh, PA metro area. You will drive sales of comprehensive surgical devices to surgeons and hospital systems, with commission-based earning potential and a focus on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of medical sales experience.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Proven achievement of sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Ethicon offerings across hemostasis, energy sealing, dissection, stapling and wound closure platforms.
• Manage a sales territory focusing on physicians and hospital institutions.
• Aim to attain the forecast in assigned accounts/territory.
• Demonstrate proper use of products to clinicians in the Operating Room.
• Address customer questions and objections in line with product indications and training.
• Build strong relationships with physicians and hospital staff; conduct education seminars as appropriate.
