Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Account Executive - AHH to support Surg Tech in the Nashville Northwest, TN territory. You will lead sales of Ethicon surgical devices to surgeons and hospital decision-makers, primarily in operating rooms.

You will build strong relationships, demonstrate proper product use, and develop plans to meet territory objectives while complying with healthcare regulations. A credible driver’s license is required with a proven track record in medical device sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2+ years in medical sales or healthcare.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Experience with surgical devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Ethicon surgical devices portfolio and solutions.
• Sell to surgeons and hospital buyers in operating rooms.
• Manage assigned territory and forecast attainment.
• Demonstrate product use and address clinician questions.
• Develop customer relationships and provide education seminars.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
