Responsibilities

• Greet patients and enter patient data in Nextech (EHR).
• Capture contact information for prospective patients and generate leads.
• Educate patients on Paradise Valley Skin Klinic services.
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Schedule appointments and manage check-in/check-out.
• Notify staff of patient arrivals and maintain front-desk organization.
• Assist with social media content and clinic marketing efforts.
• Model the clinic’s culture and collaborate with management and staff.
