Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and direct calls to staff.
• Prepare patient charts and handle administrative tasks.
• Ensure waiting area remains comfortable and tidy.
