Job summary

Dahlia's Wellness Center & Medspa is seeking a friendly, organized Patient/Client Coordinator to join our growing team in Passaic, NJ. You will be the first contact for our clients, supporting scheduling, communication, and client retention to create an exceptional client experience.

Tuesdays-Saturdays in Passaic, you will manage front desk tasks, intake forms, and maintain a welcoming reception area while educating clients on services and promotions to foster a luxury experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized, reliable, and detail oriented.
• Comfortable using phones, social media, texting, and scheduling software.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Assist with client retention and rebooking.
• Check clients in and out.
• Manage intake forms and client records.
• Support daily office operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Educate clients on services, packages, and promotions.
• Assist with package and product sales.
• Request reviews and testimonials.
• Help create a positive, luxury client experience.
