Job summary

PLACEM!NT is seeking a front-desk leadership role at a wellness & aesthetics med spa in Hoboken, NJ. You will own the patient experience from first contact to check-out and drive membership enrollment and retention outcomes.

The position is on-site, with a base of $20/hr plus commission. Spanish highly preferred, and availability includes evenings and Saturdays to support clinic hours.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing front desk or coordinator experience in a med spa or similar.
• Ability to close sales and ask for commitment professionally.
• Experience with memberships, packages, or retention programs.
• Strong scheduling and admin tools experience; Zenoti is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead-to-visit conversion: respond to inquiries, book visits, and maintain flow."
• Membership enrollment: explain services, promotions, and programs; close at the right time.
• Membership retention: conduct proactive outreach and reactivation follow-ups to reduce churn.
• Rebooking: support sales by rebooking and partnering with the team to hit retention goals.
• Lead PCC: coach standards and support a small team.
