Job summary

Dahlia's Wellness Center is seeking a friendly, organized Patient/Client Coordinator to join our growing team in Passaic, NJ. You will be the first point of contact, supporting daily operations, scheduling, communication, and client retention to create an exceptional client experience.

This role involves answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and helping drive sales while maintaining a welcoming, luxury client experience on Tuesdays through Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using phones, social media, texting, and scheduling software.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Medspa, spa, medical office, salon, or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
• Assist with client retention and rebooking.
• Educate clients on services, packages, and promotions.
• Assist with package and product sales.
