Job summary

Body + Beauty Lab in Pennsylvania seeks a friendly front desk receptionist to welcome clients and coordinate appointments for facial treatments, skincare services, and aesthetic consults.

You will handle multi-line calls, POS transactions, client records, and inventory support, helping the team deliver a polished, professional experience in a medical spa setting. Saturdays required; experience in luxury spa or hospitality preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a medical spa, luxury spa, or upscale hospitality or retail environment (required).
• Familiarity with aesthetic industry.
• Proficiency with appointment scheduling and practice management software (strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of professional-grade skincare lines (preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays as part of a regular schedule.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and lasting point of contact for all clients, delivering a warm, polished, and professional experience.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups for facial treatments and injectable consultations.
• Handle multi-line phone communications and convert inquiries into booked consultations.
• Accurately process POS transactions, client records, and gift certificates.
• Maintain the reception area and boutique presentation to the highest standards.
