Job summary

The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation (TRMF) is seeking a Front Desk Representative to operate the hotel/motel front desk and assist guests with inquiries. You will warmly welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs efficiently, and direct guests to the appropriate staff for assistance and special requests.

The role requires excellent verbal communication, consistent customer service, reliability, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and consistent, excellent customer service.
• Reliable, on time, and ready for every shift.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Familiarity with PMS systems is a plus; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate the hotel/motel front desk and assist guests with inquiries.
• Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Direct guests to appropriate staff for assistance and special requests.
• Handle guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure final bills are delivered promptly and lobby areas are tidy and orderly.
• Assist guests with reservations and provide local recommendations.
