Job summary

The Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation (TRMF) operates premier tourism attractions in Medora, North Dakota. We seek a Front Desk Representative to manage campground front desk operations and assist guests with inquiries during registration, stay, and checkout.

You will handle check-ins/outs, payments, and reservations while maintaining TRMF policies and delivering outstanding guest service in a lively campground setting.

Qualifications

• Must give exceptional service to all guests.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and create solutions if needed.
• Prior campground work experience preferred.
• Must have excellent computer/typing skills to ensure quick and efficient customer service for our guests.
• Must be fluent in English, bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk at the campground, ensuring quick check-in and checkout.
• Use Opera, Etix, and other computer systems or learn them as needed.
• Collect payment using the Clover POS.
• Process returns and exchanges.
• Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Make reservations for motels, golf, and TRMF events.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, rates, discounts, and events.
• Promote sales of events and services with accurate information.
