Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Category Manager to develop and implement procurement strategies across multiple categories, aligning with project objectives for cost, quality, and schedule.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive best-cost outcomes, and improve procurement processes from estimate to contract close-out. Join a shareholder-owned, employee-owned industry leader committed to growth, safety, and innovation.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or related role.
• Expertise in procurement, estimating, business, and leadership.
• Experience developing procurement category strategies.
• Experience negotiating contracts with vendors.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating project management plans with charter, scope, cost estimates, schedule, milestones and risk management plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Develop category strategy to achieve financial value-add and improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Assess work streams for consolidation opportunities and best practices.
• Monitor global supply market trends and supplier capacity.
• Negotiate Master Agreements with key suppliers.
• Develop and implement metrics to monitor performance and identify gaps.
• Drive process improvements and innovative procurement solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Maintain a safety-conscious work environment in line with Edison safety protocols.
