Job summary

Paycom - ATS is hiring a Medication Technician for a full-time swing shift in an Assisted Living setting. You will administer medications, monitor residents’ health, and document care to ensure safety and well-being.

You’ll coordinate medication schedules, maintain accurate records, manage storage and inventory, and collaborate with the care team to provide compassionate, compliant care for older adults.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in caregiving or healthcare settings.
• Experience as medication aide/medication technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medication administration schedules per prescribed dosages and timing.
• Document medication distribution and maintain updated resident medication lists and logs.
• Monitor medication storage, inventory, and refills; ensure safety protocols.
• Monitor health changes and communicate to leadership.
• Collaborate with care team to provide comprehensive care.
