Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Medication Aide to support residents in a licensed continuing care environment. You will administer medications under nurse supervision, assist with daily living activities, and document observations per policy and HIPAA guidelines.

The role requires CNA and Registered Medication Aide certifications, with emphasis on confidentiality, teamwork, and accurate care plan execution. You will work in a dynamic team, supporting resident well-being and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in this state required.
• Registered Medication Aide certification in this state required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Document and report observations per policy and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA policies.
• Provide covered PCA services per the PCA Care Plan.
• Support residents with hygiene, mobility, feeding, and environment.
• Record all care performed and communicate changes to supervisors.
