Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Medication Technician to provide direct resident care in a night shift setting. You will administer medications, monitor responses, and document changes in residents' conditions, while maintaining a safe and organized medication area.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, state-certified Medication Technician credentials, CPR/First Aid, and at least 6 months of relevant experience. Communication in English is essential for daily interactions and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current Medication Technician certification from a state-approved program.
• Current CPR/First Aid certifications are required.
• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining the physical, social, and psychological environment for residents.
• Administers or assists with medications as per health care plan and notifies supervisor of changes.
• Maintains residents' records daily, including medication distribution and observations.
• Receives reports on all residents and completes medication cart audits as directed.
