Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Medication Technician certification from a state-approved program.
• Current CPR/First Aid certifications.
• At least 6 months experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Administers or assists with medication and treatments per care plan.
• Provides direct resident care and supports the environment for residents.
• Maintains clean, safe environment and infection control policies.
• Documents residents' health, medications, observations daily.
• Notifies supervisor of changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintains medicine supply room and conducts cart audits.
• Receives reports on residents and performs other duties as assigned.
