CALTCM is seeking a caring Medication Technician (Med Tech) for Casa de Flores, an assisted living community in California. The role supports residents with medication administration per physician orders and facility policies, documents care, and monitors health changes.

• Assist residents with medication administration according to physician orders and facility policies

• Maintain resident safety, comfort, and dignity

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Assist residents with medication administration according to physician orders and facility policies
• Accurately document medications and resident care

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in assisted living, senior care, caregiving, or medication assistance preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication procedures
• Dependable, responsible, and compassionate
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• Must meet all applicable California requirements for the position
• Ability to successfully pass a background check, reference check, physical exam, and TB clearance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably handle long periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting.
