QSL Management is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician for The Blake at St. Johns in New York. The role supports resident care during the 7pm-7am shift and requires weekend availability to meet staffing needs.

You will document health changes, manage medication administration, and assist with dining and activities to promote resident well-being. The position requires a caring demeanor, a valid Medication Technician license, and flexibility to work varied shifts.

Formación

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• CPR/First Aid, preferred
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
• Experience working with older adults preferred

Responsabilidades

• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
• Assures medication management program is provided in an accurate, professional, and effective way according to The Blake standards and state regulations.
• Must understand and be able to provide explanation about the medication dosage/pharmacology when needed; distribute prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.
