QSL Management is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician for The Barclay at Tuckahoe to support resident health needs and medication administration in a compassionate, professional environment.

The role requires a valid Medication Technician license, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Experience with older adults is preferred, with a focus on safety and resident comfort.

Qualificações

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Current Medication Technician License issued by the state.
• CPR/First Aid.
• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.

• Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress.
• Assures medication management program is provided in an accurate, professional, and effective way according to The Blake standards and state regulations.
• Must understand and be able to provide explanation about the medication dosage/pharmacology when needed Distribute prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.
