QSL Management is seeking a compassionate Medication Technician for The Barclay at Little River in Wisconsin to join our senior living team.

You will report changes in residents' health, ensure accurate medication management per state regulations, distribute meds, and maintain medical records. The role supports dining and activities to keep residents engaged.

Qualifications

• Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.
• Current Medication Technician License issued by the state.
• CPR/First Aid, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assures medication management program is provided in an accurate, professional, and effective way according to The Blake standards and state regulations.
• Must understand and be able to provide explanation about the medication dosage/pharmacology when needed Distribute prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records.
• Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team.
• Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.

Requirements

• Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
• Experience working with older adults preferred
