Job summary
Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech - CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care for residents. You will administer medications and assist with daily living activities per personalized care plans. Qualified candidates must have a valid CNA or HCA license, current First Aid/CPR, and be willing to participate in weekend rotations.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state CNA or HCA license.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Nurse Delegation and Diabetes-specific certificates or willingness to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and assist with daily living activities.
- Follow documentation protocols and report changes.
- Manage medication inventory and coordinate re-orders with pharmacies.
- Provide compassionate care and engagement with residents.
- Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
- Promote open communication among residents, families, and staff.
