Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Medication Technicians to provide compassionate, direct care. You will assist residents with medication administration and daily living activities, within personalized care plans, as part of a supportive team.

Requirements include a valid CNA or HCA license, First Aid/CPR, and willingness to obtain Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Certificates. Weekend rotation is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Certificates or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in status.
• Help manage medication inventory and coordinate with pharmacies.
• Provide compassionate care and engage residents in daily living activities.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and teamwork.
