Cogir Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician (Med Tech – CNA/HCA) to provide compassionate, direct care to residents, assist with medication administration, and support daily living activities in a community-focused setting.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork to ensure resident safety, comfort, and well-being. A CNA/HCA license and CPR certification are required, with on-going training and growth opportunities available.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid state CNA or HCA license per state regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• Nurse Delegation and Diabetes Specialty Certificates or willingness to obtain within a prescribed period.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with daily administration of prescribed medication per care plan.
• Follow documentation protocols and report changes in resident status.
• Manage medication inventory and coordinate re-orders with pharmacies.
