Job summary

Wolfeboro Bay, part of 603 Healthcare, is seeking a Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) for full-time evening shifts (3PM–11PM) to support licensed nursing staff in resident medication administration.

You will administer medications, observe residents, document accurately, obtain vitals, keep meds secure, stock carts, and flag concerns to the nursing team. Requirements include a high school diploma, nursing-assistant and Medication Aide certifications, CPR, and healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current nursing-assistant certification.
• Current Medication Aide certification.
• CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.
• Minimum one year of healthcare experience or two years of medication-aide experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer permitted medications in accordance with physician orders, applicable requirements, and facility procedures.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions.
• Accurately document medication administration.
• Follow written and verbal medication-management instructions.
• Obtain vital signs and complete permitted medication-related tasks.
• Maintain safe and secure medication storage.
• Stock medication carts and appropriately handle discontinued medications.
• Communicate resident concerns promptly to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist with resident-care duties as assigned and within your role.

Full-time 3PM - 11PM

Week 1 - Monday, Tues, Thurs, Fri

Week 2 - Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs

Compensation:

$23 - $29 based on experience + applicable shift differentials
Sign On Bonus: $2,000

About the Role

As an MNA, you'll work alongside our licensed nursing team to support safe medication administration and quality resident care.
