We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full‑time employment is $23.50 - $36.36 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
Sentara Leigh Hospital, located in Norfolk, VA, is a 274‑bed acute care facility that opened in 1903 and relocated to its present site in 1977. Sentara Leigh Hospital includes a dedicated Orthopedic Hospital providing patients access to a full continuum of orthopedic care, from the preoperative phase and surgery to rehabilitation and home care services.
